Gish has been active in Peace and social Justice work for over 40 years, having
participated in the Civil Rights Movement and the Anti-Vietnam protests. He
has been part of Christian Peacemaker Teams in Hebron since 1995.

Mark Frey
Mark grew up Mennonite in North Newton, KS where he graduated from Bethel College in 1993 with a BA in Physics. From 1993-1995 he worked in Boulder, CO, directing a start-up Victim Offender Reconciliation Program and working on international issues at the Rocky Mountain Peace Center. He joined CPT in 1997 as a full-time worker and served on CPT's Hebron project for two-and-a-half years and with CPT's Chiapas, Mexico project for nearly a year. Between 2000-2001 he completed a Masters degree in International Peace Studies at Notre Dame University

Claire Evans
Claire Evans is CPT's Delegation and Personnel Coordinator. She holds Bachelor's degrees from Michigan State University (1974) and Eastern Mennonite University (1990), and a Masters in Library Science from the University of Maryland (1979). An interest in world hunger issues led to her leaving a career as a librarian at the University of Maryland and studying International Agriculture at Eastern Mennonite University. She was part of the Catholic Worker movement for 7 years, serving at houses in Duluth, Minnesota and Norfolk, Virginia before
